We are looking for a Team Lead Finance & Accounting (m/w/d) for our production site in Bünde.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the finance and accounting department, work in the operational business, among other things, in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, and lead a small team of 4 employees.

Your main tasks will include:

  • You will create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and applicable tax law.
  • You will develop solutions for the accounting representation of ongoing and new business cases.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional departments as well as internal and external stakeholders (i.e., headquarters, auditors, sales, order management, etc.).
  • You will work in accounts receivable management.
  • In addition, you will ensure the continuous development of the finance and accounting department as well as the processes in the department and lead special projects.
RequirementsYou have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a certified accountant (m/w/d).In addition to leadership experience, you have relevant professional experience in finance and accounting in an international production company.You have in-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB as well as financial statement security.You have a high affinity for IT and very good knowledge of SAP R/3 / S4HANA (in particular FI).A secure communication in German and English in word and writing rounds off your profile.In the team, you rely on a fact-oriented, constructive, and trusting cooperation. You work independently, structured, and flexible and have communication strength, persuasion ability, and analytical thinking.Additional Information
