Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients at the executive level, effectively managing escalations and expectations.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to process enhancements, oversight, and team development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Educational background in technical or business fields with relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and best practices.
  • Certifications such as PMI and Scrum Master are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including ticketing systems, Jira, and MS-Office.
  • Fluency in German with proficient English communication skills.
