Job Title: IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at APASSIONATA World GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Windows systems, network infrastructure, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows systems
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Support network operations at two locations
  • Collaborate in the implementation and integration of new IT solutions and projects
  • Support employees in all IT-related matters
  • Develop and establish process-oriented services and write and monitor SLAs to ensure high service quality
  • Continuously analyze and optimize IT processes and derive recommendations for action
  • Act as technical contact for other departments and collaborate and manage IT services and service providers
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable
  • Profound IT knowledge with relevant experience in Microsoft client/server environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Windows Server operating systems, MS AD and Azure AD, Hyper-V, network structures, tagged and untagged VLANs, VoIP
  • Ideal knowledge in the implementation of firewall rules
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Initiative and structured way of working
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to occasionally work at the weekend
  • Experience in managing and adhering to budgets
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
