Aufgaben
  • Führung und Ausbau eines ExpertInnen-Teams
  • Planung und Steuerung von Investitionsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der notwendigen Ressourcen zur Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele für die übertragenen Projekte
  • Mitarbeit bei der Führung und einheitlichen Steuerung der Engineering Kontraktoren
  • Erstellen und Genehmigungen einholen für die Investitionsanträge in diversen Gremien
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität für die Planungsphasen (Dokumente)
  • Sicherstellung der Lenkung der Dokumente in Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Project Change Management Procedures
  • Verantwortlich für die Koordination aller Bestell- und Vertragsvorgänge
  • Sicherstellung der Terminplanerstellung sowie der Qualität der Montageunterlagen
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master/Diplom Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau o.Ä.
  • Profunde Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung in der chemischen Industrie
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Überwachung und Steuerung von Engineering-Kontraktoren
  • Disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP, idealerweise in SAP-PM und SAP-MM
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
