Fiber Network Project Manager - Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our fiber network rollout projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, execution, and completion of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all phases of fiber network rollout projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct risk management to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs, identifying and mitigating any potential financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all parties.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any on-site issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Project Manager of FTTX projects in Germany.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
