Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to join our team in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical repercussion sheets and change requests, coordinating and monitoring progress on changes, and ensuring the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation
- Coordinate and monitor progress on changes
- Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure
- Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes
- Prepare, organize, moderate, and document meetings
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Configuration and Aerospace sector
- Configuration Management / Change Management
- Experience in SA/LR/A350 programs
- Good Change Management Process knowledge
- Very good English (written and spoken) is required and German language would be a plus
- Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification, and Customer Support
