Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Digital and Information Officer to join our dynamic leadership team at WBS GRUPPE. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our digital services and transformation teams, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Digital Transformation: Oversee the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy, including the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions.
  • IT Infrastructure: Ensure the availability and performance of our IT infrastructure, including our network of educational institutions.
  • Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, balancing opportunities with data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of our executive team and leadership to ensure the successful implementation of our digital strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a senior executive role, with a strong track record of driving digital transformation and innovation.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and driving cultural change.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including expertise in digital transformation, project management, data structures, cybersecurity, and modern KI technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Language: Fluent German and English language skills.
