Public Affairs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Public Affairs team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Public Affairs department, attending meetings, drafting reports, and monitoring public policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Public Affairs department
- Attend meetings and draft reports
- Monitor and analyze public policy
- Support the creation of our Public Affairs profile and implement Public Affairs objectives
- Carry out external Public Relations activities
- Participate in relevant events on behalf of our company
- Support with management tools the work on a number of projects that resulted from Public Affairs
- Good intercultural and interpersonal skills
- Motivation, organizational skills, strong communication, and a pro-active self-starter mentality
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, highly self-responsible, driven, and structured approach to fulfilling tasks and own projects
- Solution-oriented mindset, ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
- First professional experience in the field of Public Affairs will be an asset, good knowledge of political institutions and the policy-making process, ability to understand and summarize public policy information and to identify key issues, drafting and writing
- University-level education, preferably in a related field (e.g. in politics, law, economics or management)
- Good skills in written and spoken German and English
- Good MS Office skills
