Computer Scientist for IT and AI Security

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) in the field of AI Safety and Security. As a research scientist, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for ensuring the safety and security of AI-based systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and development in the field of AI-related methods and processes
- Develop and implement secure AI-based solutions for ambitious application classes
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the safety and security of AI-based systems
- Contribute to the development of new methods and approaches for securing AI systems
- Work on the integration of security measures into existing process models
- Completed scientific university degree in formal sciences (e.g. computer science or mathematics) or other relevant degree programs
- Strong knowledge of information security and expertise in the field of artificial intelligence
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience in analyzing and implementing software solutions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and general knowledge of German
