Global Mobility Manager (m/w/d)

What awaits you at msg
  • As an HR Assistant in the HR Global Mobility Management department, you will work on exciting topics in the context of international personnel deployments (business trips, deployments, transfers)
  • You will take on the research, evaluation and preparation of Global Mobility Compliance topics (taxes, social security, labor law, immigration) and develop new solutions or further develop existing approaches
  • You will be in regular exchange with project and process participants in and outside the country and conduct meetings
  • In legal matters, you will work as an HR Assistant Global Mobility (m/w/d) in projects closely with internal experts and external consulting companies

What you bring with you
  • Completed studies in the relevant field (in business studies, business administration, etc.) or first professional experience in the field of Global Mobility or international personnel management
  • High level of service orientation and well-developed organizational skills
  • Independent working style, very high level of care and goal-oriented working style as well as high level of understanding
  • Team spirit and high level of commitment
  • Discretion and high reliability, secure appearance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (German and English)
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Basic knowledge of SAP-HCM module desirable
