The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled NiFi engineer to join our team. As a NiFi engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex operational data flows. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates to ensure the success of our mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex data flows using Apache NiFi
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data flows
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement system improvements
  • Mentor teammates to ensure the success of our mission-critical applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural approaches and tools
Requirements
  • Experience with programming languages, including Java, JEE, or Python
  • Experience with supporting systems engineering efforts in system design, solution engineering, and software development
  • Experience with integration and development using AWS, Docker, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Platform One
  • Experience with Apache NiFi and Kafka
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with serverless frameworks, including Amazon
  • Experience with designing, developing, and testing systems in AWS using the command line interface
  • Experience with CI/CD technologies, including Ansible, Jenkins, and GIT
  • Experience with Agile development or Scrum
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance
