Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Care Specialist to join our Dialysis Support Team at Nephrocare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our dialysis centers.

• You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
• Your primary responsibilities will include conducting dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records.
• In addition to your clinical duties, you will also provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive and patient-centered care experience.

• You have a strong educational background in healthcare, preferably as a certified nursing assistant or licensed practical nurse.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to ongoing professional development and learning.

• A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
