Ihre Aufgaben

Als Senior Associate Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin bei BBL übernehmen Sie eine führende Rolle in der Insolvenzabteilung. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Leitung und Koordination von Großverfahren auf Standortebene
  • Die Vorbereitung von Insolvenzplanverfahren
  • Die Erarbeitung von Insolvenzplänen
  • Die Beratung von Eigenverwaltungen und vorinsolvenzlichen Sanierungen
  • Die Bearbeitung von Regelinsolvenzverfahren, vorläufigen Insolvenzverfahren und Eigenverwaltung
  • Die Erstellung gutachterlicher Stellungnahmen und Berichte
  • Die Verhandlung mit Gläubigern, Sicherungsnehmern, Banken und sonstigen Verfahrensbeteiligten
  • Die Begleitung von Betriebsfortführungen und Sanierungen
  • Die Prüfung von Aus- und Absonderungsrechten sowie Anfechtungstatbeständen
  • Die Vorbereitung von Gläubigerausschusssitzungen/Betriebsversammlungen
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin mit:

  • Überdurchschnittlicher juristischer Qualifikation
  • Mindestens dreijähriger Erfahrung in führender Position für einen Insolvenzverwalter
  • Idealere Erfahrungen im Einsatz von komplexen Insolvenzverfahren
  • Führungsstärke und organisatorisches Talent
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis für unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke nebst sozialer Kompetenz und sicherem, natürlichen Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, geprägt durch Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit moderner Bürokommunikation und den gängigen IT-Programmen; von Vorteil sind praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang der verwalterspezifischen Software Winsolvenz p4
