Project Manager Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Sales to lead our Sales team in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany and drive Project Execution success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet objectives and are completed on time.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and performance goals.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Use quality tools to identify and mitigate project risks, finding alternative solutions when necessary.
• Document and share learnings with other teams to enhance overall project success.
• Assign appropriate resources to project tasks and provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about project status and progress.

Requirements:

• College, university, or equivalent degree is required.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience is necessary.
• Team leadership experience is required.
