We're looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and play a key role in growing our customer base. As an integral part of our team, you will report directly to the EVP Revenue.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll work closely with a talented team of Frontys who specialize in understanding our customers' business needs. Your primary goal will be to offer an offline-like digital shopping experience by learning about our customers' businesses, asking questions, listening, and educating them on our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Frontnow's Solutions and their value to our customers.
  • Position and advise CMO-level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights.
  • Develop and close business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas while reflecting Frontnow's values.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
  • Build effective relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the CX/E-Commerce space.
  • Proficient in value-based solution selling with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes aligned with end-business value.
  • A proven track record of effective selling within specific geographical/account-based territories.
  • Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams.
  • The ability to build great internal partnerships with key business units and stakeholders.
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
  • Experience managing accounts in the CX/E-Commerce ecosystem to elevate business.
  • Familiarity with executing formal sales processes and qualification frameworks.
