Als Business Manager bist du Teil unseres Management-Teams und verantwortest mit großem unternehmerischem Freiraum die Steuerung eines Profit-Centers.

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Steuerung des Geschäftsbereiches als Profit-Center mit der Verantwortung für die Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Qualitätsziele sowie Profitabilität und Umsatz.
  • Strategische Planung, Ausrichtung und technologische Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereiches mit Fokus auf Data Analytics, Process Solutions und neu aufkommenden Trends.
  • Betreuung aller Kundenprojekte des Geschäftsbereiches, sowie die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit, Ausbau des Bestandskundengeschäfts sowie Akquisition von Neukunden.
  • Unterstützung und Führung der ca. 17 zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden sowie Steuerung ihrer persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Aufbau eines Vertriebsnetzwerks zum Thema Data Solutions innerhalb der Lufthansa Group und bei externen Kunden.

Um diese Herausforderungen erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir einen erfahrenen und motivierten Manager, der:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT besitzt.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, im Key Account Management und in der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung eines Profit-Centers hat.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Führung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden besitzt.
  • Projekterfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, Data Analytics oder Process Mining hat.
  • Technische Expertise im Bereich Data Analytics besitzt.
  • Hohe Leistungsmotivation, Unternehmerisches Denken, Kundenorientierung und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation besitzt.
  • Komplexes und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie Problemlösungskompetenz und ein agiles Mindset besitzt.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse besitzt.
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisetätigkeiten besitzt.
