We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team at REWE as an HR Specialist Payroll Expert. This role will involve handling payroll tasks using SAP for a specific employee group, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and social security regulations, and maintaining accurate data records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes for a designated employee group using SAP
- Ensure adherence to tax and social security regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records
- Liaise with external authorities and internal teams
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
Requirements:
- Background in finance or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll or similar roles
- Knowledge of payroll and social security laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR
