We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving team performance.

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence
• Participate in process improvements and implement changes
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Center Manager and project team to achieve business objectives

• Proven leadership experience in operations or logistics
• Logistics experience in retail or similar industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Fluent in German
