About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth in our stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores deliver a premium level of customer service, monitor key performance indicators, and plan and organize staff to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service and support in-store
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve the customer experience
  • Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and loss prevention
    • Monitor key performance indicators, such as sales and customer satisfaction
  • Staff Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
    • Plan and organize staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including window displays and in-store displays
    • Work with the buying team to ensure that the store is stocked with the latest products

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising
