Aconnic is seeking a dedicated Hardware Developer to join our team in Hartmannsdorf.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing cutting-edge telecommunications hardware solutions, with a particular emphasis on ensuring Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development projects, specializing in the design of EMC-compliant hardware.
• Guarantee the CE conformity of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive EMC test plans to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct and meticulously document EMC and safety tests, providing detailed reports on findings.
• Provide support in general qualification and performance measurements for our hardware solutions.
• Commission and thoroughly test prototypes to validate their functionality and compliance.

Your Qualifications:

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience in development.
• Your expertise lies in RF technology, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in this field.
• You have practical experience in EMC, CE marking requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
• You are proficient in using EMS measuring equipment for accurate testing and analysis.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry is highly advantageous.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• You demonstrate strong analytical abilities, enabling you to quickly grasp complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
