About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our EU & International Institutions segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve segment targets and budgets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and key organizations in the EU and international sector
  • Engage with key stakeholders (CXOs, etc.) of key clients, monitor & support responses for key RFPs
  • Stay informed about regulations and compliance requirements specific to EU and international institutions, ensuring our offerings adhere to standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Telco/ICT sales manager in the EU & International Institutions
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
