NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Remote Service Engineer Unified Communication to join their Managed Service Team in Berlin, Germany.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions. As a 2nd Level Support engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues remotely, as well as collaborating with customers to implement effective solutions.
