Electrical Interconnection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Interconnection Specialist to join our team at Instagrid. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cable assemblies and selecting proper wire gauges, cable styles, and connectors according to internal requirements and relevant product standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing cable assemblies and selecting proper wire gauges, cable styles, and connectors
- Working closely with CAD tools to create detailed assembly drawings and documentation
- Building prototypes and conducting testing to ensure product integrity and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve design and production issues
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in cable assembly development and connector selection
- Proficiency with CAD software and drawing specifications
- Knowledge of industry standards for wire and cable products, harness assemblies, and connectors
- A dynamic environment in a fast-growing structure with a very flat hierarchy
