Global Action Management Internship

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Action Management team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the rectification of vehicle faults after production, focusing on quality assurance before delivery to customers.
  • Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to control actions and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Support the preparation, follow-up, and implementation of management meetings to manage action blocks.
  • Participate in the digital transformation and further development of action management, assuming work packages as needed.
  • Prepare key figures and create presentations for senior management.
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Knowledge of VBA is desirable.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Commitment and ability to work in a team.
  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working.
  • Driving license class B is an advantage.
