About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facharbeiter Betoninstandsetzung to join our team at Bilfinger. As a Facharbeiter Betoninstandsetzung, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on concrete structures, industrial facilities, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance tasks on concrete structures, including repairs and renovations
• Executing surface coatings and WHG coatings
• Implementing safety protocols and guidelines in the areas of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a mason, concrete, or steelworker, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Desirable: SIVV certificate
• Valid driver's license (Class B/BE)
• Strong technical understanding
• Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Physical stamina
• Willingness to perform assembly work
