Your Tasks

  • You will participate in an 18-24 month trainee program, which includes a permanent employment contract.
  • During this time, you will gain knowledge of various departments, such as Data Intelligence (Analytics) and Finance Controlling.
  • You will assume specialist and project responsibilities from day one.
  • You will analyze complex data to provide our partners with expert advice on operational and strategic issues.
  • Working in an agile team, you will conduct ad hoc analysis and offer recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for financial controlling, including planning and reporting at the P&L level.
  • You will optimize the controlling of digital business models and develop existing KPI systems further.
  • You will work with other trainees on exciting projects that drive innovation and growth.
  • You will receive individual supervision and have opportunities to network within the entire PAYBACK GROUP.
Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with a university degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or a comparable qualification.

You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent conceptual abilities, and a passion for numbers.

A strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation is essential.

You must be proactive, innovative, creative, and a team player with high self-motivation, assertiveness, and good communication skills.

Fluent German and English skills are required.
