Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Support Specialist to join our team at duveka GmbH. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems in the ERP system
  • Develop and manage technical requirements for Business Central projects
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex issues
  • Document customer inquiries and solutions in the ticket system
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Support, idealerweise im Umfeld von ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
