**Mission Brief**

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of brand campaign concepts and projects that align with our vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conceptualize and develop brand campaign concepts and projects
  • Collaborate with the strategy director and account director to identify opportunities for business growth and client satisfaction
  • Oversee assigned projects and manage a team of creatives to ensure successful execution of concepts
  • Assist in shaping client briefs and managing daily client interactions
  • Participate in creative presentations and showcase concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Support in the recruitment of creative staff and stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

**Leadership and Team Development:**

You will lead, mentor, and nurture a team of emerging creative professionals, fostering their growth and helping them harness their talents effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years of experience in leading creative strategy for integrated campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across multiple industry sectors and teams
  • Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Management experience with the ability to lead and inspire a creative team
  • Superb creative ideation skills and a strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents
