Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Analyst für unsere Energie Dialog GmbH, um unsere digitalen Kundenservice-Prozesse zu optimieren.

Hauptraum

Die Energie Dialog GmbH ist ein Unternehmen des E.ON Konzerns und spezialisiert auf Servicedienstleistungen in den Bereichen Kundenkontaktmanagement und Lieferantenwechsel. Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und komplexe Entwicklung von zukunftsfähigen, technischen, digitalen Lösungskonzepten zur Automatisierung der digitalen Kundenservice-Prozesse
  • Konzeptionierung von Routinganforderungen, einschließlich Training und Verbesserung des Voicebots in einem Use Case
  • Implementierung digitaler Medien wie Miro-Boards und Jira zur Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers, zur Schaffung von Transparenz und zur fachlichen Dokumentation
Anforderungen
  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ACD-Konfiguration, technischen Routingeinstellungen oder Callcenter IT Administration
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kundenserviceprojekten sowie Erfahrung mit Kundenservice-Prozessen, Dialog-Design oder der Salesforce-/SAP-Plattform
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
