Payroll and Salary Accountant

As a key member of the Landguth Heimtiernahrung GmbH team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll and salary processing. This includes maintaining employee data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and preparing financial records for the company's accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll and Salary Processing: Ensure that all payroll and salary-related tasks are completed accurately and on time, including processing payrolls, calculating salaries, and managing employee benefits.
• Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personal details, job titles, and salary information.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and salary processing, including tax laws and labor regulations.
• Financial Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company's accounting department, including financial statements, ledgers, and other relevant documents.

Requirements:
