Backend Software Engineer Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Parallel Consulting. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Java and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Advise on architectural decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with cloud-native technologies and work within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) is required.
