Contribute to our research and innovation efforts

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team at the Saint-Gobain Group. As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in planning and executing international R&D studies in the field of user experience.

  • Conduct user research to inform the design of digital and non-digital products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and products
  • Supervise product development process through Human Centered Design
  • Pass on the User Centered Design mindset
  • Support sales and marketing departments with technical expertise

About the role

  • You must be a graduate aged between 18 and 28 years
  • Be French or a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA)
  • Hold a Master's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Industrial Design or equivalent
  • Enjoy R&D and innovation driven work
  • Be motivated and have the capacity to work out solutions independently
  • Have a fast comprehension and high level of initiative
  • Be interested in working in an international environment where you can prove your very good English skills (basic German skills are an advantage)
  • Have a good degree of flexibility and like working abroad
