Senior Inventory Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Supplier Inventory Management team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize sales, turns, in-stock rates, and network balance for our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand sales and market trends, and develop insights to influence suppliers' product assortment, production, and supply chain operations.
- Regularly communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to senior management and leadership.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels, manage excess inventory, and improve overall inventory efficiency.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure follow-through on replenishment orders and inventory commitments.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive corrective actions with suppliers and cross-functional partners.
- Manage efficient inbound inventory flows and health, including forecasting, purchasing, and removing aged inventory.
- Support initiatives to drive improvements in the Inventory Planning systems, data, and processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, retail, engineering, consulting, strategy, or finance.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
