Role:
The HR Director will drive business growth and performance by overseeing organizational development, managing the employee life cycle, and advancing human capital through engagement, right-skilling, and fostering diversity & inclusion. The HR Director partners with business leaders to align organizational and business strategy while ensuring effective labor relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Relations: Manage labor relations, ensuring effective communication and negotiation with labor unions.
- Organizational Design and Optimization: Design and implement organizational structures to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Business Partnership and Advisory: Partner with business leaders to align organizational and business strategy.
- Cultural Evolution: Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
- Compensation and HR Systems: Develop and implement compensation and HR systems to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience as Sr. HR Business Partner / HR director in Industrial Environments.
- Strong path in an industrial plant within managerial HR roles.
- Round expertise on all HR matters, with a specific focus on Labour Unions Management and related Negotiation.
- University Degree in Business Administration or comparable degree, specialization in HR Management would be considered a plus.
Managerial Competencies:
- Proactive and problem-solving approach, positive behavior towards changes.
- Coordination attitude and ease at working in Matrix environments.
- Commitment to goals achievement and competence sharing.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with a coaching attitude.
