About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to join our team at LiveEO GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Flow Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
  • Customer-Level Unit Economics: Analyze revenue, COGS, gross margin, and liquidity profiles for each customer, identifying opportunities for improvement in customer and vendor negotiations.
  • Department-Level Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads to monitor and analyze operational expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Reporting Support: Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and external stakeholders, including support for internal monthly business review processes.
  • Financial Analysis and Scenario Planning: Conduct financial analysis and run scenarios to facilitate decision-making on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Process and Reporting Improvements: Challenge the status quo of our financial reporting and planning processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Training in business or accounting/finance, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business controlling or FP&A in a high-growth environment.
  • Financial Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, financial accounting, and reporting concepts.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with experience in HGB, IFRS, and accounting software such as Datev.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
