Vestas is seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Engineering department, you will play a critical role in improving the performance of our wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify performance drivers in the fleet and collaborate with engineering to develop solutions.
• Analyze technical and operational issues to optimize turbine performance.
• Act as a liaison between engineering functions and service to drive product and process improvements.
• Ensure technical knowledge is shared within the organization.

Requirements

• Technical degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of WTG control systems is a plus.
• Statistical or data analysis experience is a plus.
• Working experience in the wind industry is a plus.
