Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionic Mechanic to join our team at Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing Avionic inspections, routine maintenance, and system troubleshooting on our fleet of New Generation Boeing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Avionic inspections and routine maintenance on aircraft systems
  • Conduct wiring modifications and electrical repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair Avionic systems
  • Ensure aircraft documentation is completed and certified according to regulations
  • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
  • Comply with company procedures, policies, and regulations
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

  • Avionic experience, preferably in a hangar-based environment
  • Experience in wiring modification and electrical hand skills
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Previous maintenance experience on Boeing aircraft is highly desirable
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and willingness to work shifts
  • Good knowledge of English (written and oral) / German is an advantage
  • Interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
  • Valid German security clearance according to § 7 of German Aviation Security Act is preferred
