We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to lead our product efforts and shape the future of HonestDog. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, as well as overseeing the product design lifecycle from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Lead the design of user-centered interfaces using Figma, develop and iterate on design prototypes, wireframes, and user flows, and ensure alignment with usability and accessibility standards.
- User Experience and Testing: Develop and implement user testing plans, analyze user feedback and website analytics to optimize the user experience, and use A/B testing to validate design concepts and implement improvements.
- Product Management: Define and refine product value propositions, manage the product design lifecycle, and coordinate with developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure design cohesiveness and project timelines.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in a small team and start-up environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Fluent in English and ideally German.
- Shape the company and have a direct impact as a founding team member.
