Threat Detection Specialist

Orange Business is committed to excellence in cybersecurity, and we're looking for a dedicated CyberSOC PS Consultant to help us achieve this goal. In this role, you'll work closely with our security architecture team to design and implement secure solutions for our customers.

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, reflecting industry standards and comparable roles in the region.

This role demands a deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, data platforms, and software development. You should possess experience with Splunk, bash, python, and Ansible, as well as proficiency in German and English.

• Collaborate with our security architects to design and implement secure architectures for our customers, focusing on Managed Threat Detection.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify business opportunities, and resolve technical issues.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline our services and improve efficiency, while collaborating with Security Analysts and SIEM specialists.
• Support our pre-sales teams with technical expertise and provide input on new feature developments, enhancing architecture designs to accommodate emerging technologies.
• Prepare high-quality documentation for customers and stakeholders, contributing to regular reporting efforts.

• Completed education in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field, along with significant professional experience
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems
• Experience designing and deploying data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Splunk and similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like bash and python.
• Familiarity with automation tools, preferably Ansible.
• Fluent in German and English
