Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential support in the realm of civil engineering. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting construction management through various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of construction projects by preparing and organizing technical documentation.
- Translate performance reports from construction sites into detailed specifications.
- Oversee minor construction projects and ensure their successful completion.
- Support the construction management team with monthly performance evaluations and reporting.
- Organize, file, and maintain technical documents for easy access and reference.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a commercial or technical education is required.
- Prior experience in managing small construction projects is beneficial.
- Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
