About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at SPEER GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems to identify potential issues and take corrective action
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
