About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend services that enable our customers to interact with their data at scale.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java/Kotlin and experience in building and running scalable backend services. They will be passionate about solving complex technical challenges and delivering customer value in a SaaS product environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new user journeys to enable customers to interact with their data at scale
  • Drive innovative new workflows using AI
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure our backend continues to scale with the needs of our customers
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend services

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in building and running scalable backend services
  • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and experience with modern tools and practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
