Treasury Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Treasury to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for various treasury-related tasks related to Bank Accounting and Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain bank accounts, post account statements, and ensure cash pooling is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform daily account reconciliation and balance checks to ensure financial accuracy.
- Process and approve payments, including payments analysis and investigation of transaction issues.
- Prepare treasury reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide insights into our financial performance.
- Support communication with banks and provide necessary information to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve cash posting issues through cross-functional collaboration.
- Work on daily operational requests with an improvement mindset, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Coordinate and implement project tasks, actively contributing to day-to-day business.
- Finance, Banking, or Accounting student with a strong academic record.
- Experience working with Treasury Operations or Reconciliation, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a passion for working with numbers and financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP 4 Hana or Dynamics 365 Finance Software.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
