We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the grocery or food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
