Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the store management team to ensure smooth store operations, especially when the management is not present.
- Providing excellent customer service at the sales floor and checkout areas, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensuring that store shelves are fully stocked and well-organized, making it easy for customers to find what they need.
- Inspecting products for quality and freshness, ensuring that only the best products are available for our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field, although not necessary.
- A strong passion for working with people and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
