Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Property and Fund Accounting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our property and fund investments, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial performance of our property and fund investments, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including fund managers and asset managers, to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in property and fund accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, including Excel, Word, and accounting systems.
  • Fluent in English, with ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
