Als Controller-Experte unterstützt du unser Top-Management bei der Entscheidungsfindung. Du bist verantwortlich für das Reporting wichtiger Geschäfts- und Finanzkennzahlen der Lidl Omnichannel Aktivitäten und erstellst präzise Analysen zur Unterstützung in der Entscheidungsfindung.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Rolle des Business Partners im Controlling für das Top-Management (z.B. Einkauf)
  • Verantwortung für das Reporting wichtiger Geschäfts- und Finanzkennzahlen der Lidl Omnichannel Aktivitäten
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc Analysen von relevanten KPIs zur Unterstützung in der Entscheidungsfindung
  • Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Themen der Lidl-Länder (Forecast & Analyse)
  • Projektbezogene Sonderauswertungen und Unterstützung in der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Dein Profil
  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Vertiefung im Bereich Controlling / Finanzen / Accounting wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie einschlägige Projekterfahrung
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI (Power Query, Power Pivot)
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, hohe Eigenmotivation & starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
