As a valued member of our team at GULP – experts united, we are seeking a highly skilled MTA Specialist to join our pharmaceutical laboratory in Mannheim. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in medical technical assistance to drive success in our dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role

  • Plan, organize, and assist in the performance of various tests, including stress tests, real-time monitoring, transport stability, and stability in use.
  • Create stability test plans and reports, evaluating test results and deriving measures such as durability statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including the analytical-technical laboratory, production, and technical validation.
  • Act as a contact person for the assignment of shelf lives of raw materials and intermediate products.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an MTA, BTA, CTA, or biology/chemistry laboratory technician, chemical technician, or a comparable qualification.
  • Sound practical laboratory knowledge, including clean room experience.
  • Practical knowledge in handling various laboratory equipment, such as HPLC and others.
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications.
  • Ideal knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Enjoy working in a committed team.
  • Willingness to perform and an independent, results-oriented, and precise way of working.
