X-Rite GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Champion to join our team in EMEA. As a Sales Champion, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our Inline Product Portfolio and contributing to the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow regional revenues by owning, meeting, and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets
- Coach Local Sales Managers with support from the EMEA Sales Team Leader
- Become the Inline expert with the sales team
- Monthly funnel management and review with local sales managers to drive quarterly and 2-year funnel
- Key Account Management of large accounts, managing buying centers in different EMEA countries with support from team members to ensure consistent customer experience
- Support the launch of new products and train local sales managers
- Proactively leverage success stories across the sales teams
- BS or MS degree in electrical, mechanical, or color degrees with 2-5 years of sales or related technical sales experience
- Direct selling experience in a business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets
- Ability to manage all aspects of the selling cycle for capital equipment from negotiation to close
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time in EMEA to customers and visit R&D sites
- Language skills: German and English (fluent), with additional languages an asset
- Ownership, resilience, growth mindset, and self-driven problem-solving skills
- Attractive base salary and commission plan
