We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berlin.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a digital marketing consultant for advertisers, offering guidance on best practices in social media marketing.
You will assess and optimize social media advertisement campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Additionally, you will engage in both inbound and outbound communication regarding advertisement strategies, budget management, and campaign performance.
You will implement customized sales funnel strategies based on customer needs, behaviors, and trends.
To stay ahead of market trends, you will identify early-stage opportunities and challenges to craft compelling advertising solutions.
Finally, you will develop innovative ideas to create powerful and results-driven marketing campaigns.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is €5,500 - €7,500 per month, depending on experience.
This includes a competitive salary, performance bonus, language bonus, corporate benefits, Edenred voucher card, referral bonus, relocation support, and language learning and fitness perks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills
- A passion for starting or advancing your career in sales and digital marketing
- Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills and take on challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients
Benefits

- Training program: 4 weeks (2 weeks intensive training + 2 weeks nesting)
- Compensation: Training is fully paid and requires full attendance
